Program

The LECTURES will be held at Chiang Chen Studio Theatre of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Poster Session will be held on the Podium of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (beween F and G cores).

The poster should be designed to fit the space of 90 cm width × 120 cm height. Pushpins or other related materials will be provided on site for your convenience. Poster space will be allocated by the name of presenters and their institutions (plus the number).

Mounting of Posters

December 12 (Sunday): 16:00-17:00

December 13 (Monday): 12:20-14:00 (during lunch time).

 

Dismantling of Posters

December 14 (Tuesday): 18:30- (after the poster session).

 

Poster Boards

Board size is 100 cm (width) × 130 cm (height).

Materials necessary for display posters on the board (pins etc.) will be provided.

All presenters should be with their posters during the poster session.


Schedule

Time for Plenary Lecture: 40 minutes (35 minutes plus 5 minutes discussion); Time for Invited Lecture: 25 minutes (20 minutes plus 5 minutes discussion). Time for oral presentation: 3 minutes (without discussion).
